SPECIAL SERVICES

Arthritis and Joint Replacement

At Arya Hospital, we seek to restore the quality of life for people who suffer from the debilitating joint pain, swelling and/or inflammation associated with arthritis and other diseases. Unlike other hospitals, we offer a dedicated, comprehensive program that incorporates the latest medical research and technology and the highest standard of practice in the treatment of arthritis patients. If you or a loved one suffer from joint pain, we encourage you to contact us or attend one of our free educational seminars regarding treatment options.

Today, both surgical and non-surgical methods are used in the treatment of arthritis. Non-surgical treatments may include conventional arthritis medications, new advances in medical treatment, weight loss, and physical therapy to help strengthen muscles and facilitate joint movement. However, severely damaged hips and knees may need to be surgically replaced. If you elect to have joint replacement surgery, you should choose a surgeon and a hospital with an established protocol and success record for joint replacement. At Arya Hospital, we perform major joint replacements each year and follow strict guidelines for both pre- and postoperative care. We are dedicated to providing excellent, comprehensive care to all of our patients. Our goal is to eliminate your joint pain and improve your quality of life.
